• Reduces acid production, prevents descaling and enamel dissolution.
• Blocks the enzymes of cariogenic bacteria.
• Approved for use in toothpastes in specific quantities.
• The content is determined in% of fluorine ions or fluoride ions in ppm.
• 1,400 ppm of fluoride ions = 0.14% fluorine(ppm - parts per million).
• In toothpastes, it may be found in the form of sodium fluoride, sodium monofluorophosphate and amine monofluorophosphate.
