liquid enamel

• Calcium glycerophosphate – the soluble complex of calcium phosphate.
• Works by increasing the amount of calcium and phosphate in dental plaque.
• It is a substrate for dental remineralisation.
• Combined with fluoride it provides anticaries action.
• It delivers active forms of minerals essential in acids neutralisation, produced by plaque bacteria, and acids initiating erosion changes.
• Used in moderate amounts – the excess causes precipitation of insoluble calcium phosphate and the surface action.
• Prevents the remineralisation of the dentine.
